Anyone who works in front of a screen for any prolonged period of time knows how important it can be to step away and rest the eyes from the laptop notebook or monitor. I’ve made it a habit to go drive somewhere for lunch if for nothing else as a break from staring at a screen. This is a time to also preview new music with the help of car audio. One of the latest tracks I’m rocking out to on the way to lunch can be heard below. This song came out last year from a band who has their roots in indie folk. Their first albums sound nothing like this. They are slow, acoustic and somewhat sad. Each tell a story but their latest rock album for me is their best stuff.



The lunch break really reenergizes me so I can come back and finish out the day strong. My stock car audio speakers were OK but after finding some serious deals on better speakers online, I’ve since upgraded. It has been invaluable for breaks from work.
